Fatih Ürek's manager lashed out at the allegations: "We don't want fake news, we want prayers."

Fatih Ürek's manager lashed out at the allegations: "We don't want fake news, we want prayers."

Famous singer Fatih Ürek, who was hospitalized after suffering a heart attack at home last week, continues to be treated in intensive care. Ürek's doctor, Prof. Dr. Mehmet Vefik Yazıcıoğlu, stated that the singer fell ill at home and that his heart had stopped when emergency medical services arrived. Yazıcıoğlu stated that after 20 minutes of CPR, Ürek was brought to the hospital intubated, where an intervention was performed to open a blocked artery.

The doctor, noting that he had previously had a stent placed and that his blood-thinning medication might have been interrupted, said, "He has no heart problems. We are currently sedating him. We have doubts about whether his brain is deprived of oxygen. We hope that oxygenation will be restored with a good massage." Yazıcıoğlu, noting that there is no life-threatening heart condition, said, "We will patiently wait for his brain functions to return."

RESPONSE TO THE “SLIMMING INJECTION” CLAIM

Meanwhile, it was alleged that Ürek had "used weight-loss injections," which may have triggered his heart attack. His manager, Mert Siliv, issued a statement regarding these claims.

Siliv denied the allegations, saying, "There is absolutely no truth to the reports that our artist used weight-loss injections or was experiencing financial difficulties." Siliv stated that Ürek's health is stable but remains critical, adding, "His treatment in intensive care is being meticulously managed by our expert medical team. We are not asking for false news, we are asking for prayers."
