Ministry of Health: There is no system vulnerability in the MHRS application

A statement was made on the Ministry's social media account, "Ministry of Health Healthy Solution," regarding allegations of irregular appointments being made through the MHRS , which appeared in some press outlets and social media under the title "Appointment Gang."

"There are no system vulnerabilities in the MHRS application. All necessary technical and security measures are constantly taken and updated against bot software and unusual access attempts at MHRS," the statement read.

Multifaceted system security measures, such as user and IP-based access limits, CAPTCHA verification, and blacklisting methods, are implemented without interruption. It is crucial that citizens never share their personal information with third parties, disregard individuals or groups promising 'paid appointments,' and only request appointments through official applications and channels. Our Ministry implements and continuously improves all necessary measures to ensure our citizens have safe access to healthcare services.
