Ministry of Health releases statement regarding 'Appointment Gang' allegations: No systemic weakness

A written statement was made by the Ministry of Health's Healthy Solution Center regarding the allegations that appointments were made illegally through MHRS, in news and posts titled " Appointment Gang" in some press and media outlets and social media channels.

The statement, which stated that "there is no system vulnerability in the MHRS application," included the following statements:

At MHRS, all necessary technical and security measures are constantly taken and updated to protect against bot software and unusual access attempts. Multifaceted system security measures such as user and IP-based access limits, CAPTCHA verifications, and blacklisting methods are implemented without interruption.

It is of great importance that our valued citizens never share their personal information with third parties, do not trust individuals or groups that appear with the promise of 'making an appointment for a fee', and only request appointments through official applications and channels.

Our Ministry implements and continuously improves all necessary measures to ensure our citizens have safe access to healthcare services. This is respectfully announced to the public.
