According to SPARK-Interfax, Vasily Kulkov became the beneficiary of Infamed K LLC in early June 2025. The legal entity was registered in 2011 in the Kaliningrad Region. Initially, the owner of the company was Yuri Karafelov, but in November 2011, Infamed K was transferred to the parent organization, Infamed LLC. The latter was registered in 2004 in Vidnoye, Moscow Region. In 2014, the owner of Infamed K was the founder of the company and former deputy of the Kaliningrad Regional Duma Andrei Gorokhov. In 2021, his son, Anton Gorokhov, became the beneficiary of Infamed K. He owned the company until June 2025.

OOO Baltfarmaceutica was registered in 2002 in the Kaliningrad region under the name Baltpolimer. In 2009, the company was renamed Infamed, and in 2010 it received its current name. Initially, the organization, as well as Infamed K, belonged to Karafelov, but in 2009 the asset was transferred to the Austrian Megainpharm GmbH, the first founder of OOO Infamed. From 2012 to 2014, the majority owner of Baltfarmaceutica was Andrey Gorokhov. The last founder of the legal entity before its acquisition by OTCPharm was Ivan Kirichenko.

In 2024, Infamed K's revenue amounted to more than 6.1 billion rubles, net profit - 2.8 billion rubles. Baltfarmaceutica's turnover is estimated at 174 million rubles with a net profit of 9.6 million rubles. The enterprise is the management company of the Ecobaltic industrial park, Infamed K is its anchor resident.

The registration certificate for Miramistin, according to the State Register of Medicines, belongs to Infamed LLC; since 2014, its beneficiary has been Irina Khugaeva, and at the beginning of 2025, Vitaly Nikolaev became its beneficiary.

In 2014, Andrey Gorokhov shared in an interview with Vademecum the story of the creation of the antiseptic Miramistin and the opening of production.
