It is not always possible to repair a car on a summer cottage plot - some actions can lead to fines. As lawyer Timur Hardy explained in an interview with the Prime agency, changing oil or brake fluid on a summer cottage is prohibited: if these substances leak, they pollute the soil, which falls under Article 8.6 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (a fine of 3-5 thousand rubles).
Another risk is violating the law on silence. For example, in the Moscow region, using noisy tools (grinders, drills) at the wrong time is punishable by a fine of 1-3 thousand rubles, and for repeated violations the amount increases.
Serious consequences await those who organize a mini-service station or car wash on the site. Under Article 8.8 of the Code of Administrative Offenses, the fine will be 0.5-1% of the cadastral value of the land (minimum 10 thousand rubles), and if it is not determined - 10-20 thousand rubles.
Only minor jobs are safe: pumping up tires, replacing wipers or mirrors, repairing the glove compartment. The main thing is not to make noise and not allow leakage of technical fluids.
Earlier it was reported that the government approved a tax deferral for coal miners.
