Addicted to your phone? Here are 4 'tricks' that will help you

The fact that cell phones are such versatile electronic devices means they are often used compulsively, leading users to develop unhealthy habits that can even lead to true addiction.
There are small tricks you can adopt - such as placing your phone on a table with the screen facing down - to reduce this dependence, but the effort must be made deliberately and consciously for the results to really start to appear.
