A new member of Comarch's management board will strengthen the role of human capital in the company's strategy.

A new member of Comarch's management board will strengthen the role of human capital in the company's strategy.

The people sector, established a few months ago, was created in response to the challenges of dynamic organizational transformation. Its mission is to create a work environment that fosters innovation, development, and employee engagement – both in Poland and internationally.

" People are the foundation of our organization . Competence, commitment, and team development are not only operational support today, but also one of the pillars of our competitive advantage," Jarosław Mikos, the company's CEO, recently emphasized.

Joanna Bilewicz has over 20 years of experience in human resources management, gained, among others, in the global structures of Electrolux. She has led successful organizational transformations in Europe, Asia, and the Middle East and Africa. Her expertise spans the full spectrum of HR activities—from talent management strategies and building organizational culture to employee engagement and development in highly complex and dynamic environments.

She is a graduate of the AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków , which, as noted in the press release, is in line with the DNA of the company, whose origins are inextricably linked to the Kraków academic community.

- After years of working in various cultures and organizations around the world, I want to use the knowledge I have gained to create a world-class work environment together with the Comarch team , here - in Poland - where the heart of the company beats - emphasized Joanna Bilewicz.
