Reacts to Dina Aguiar's departure from RTP: "You were always..."

Dina Aguiar hosted RTP 's " Portugal em Direto " program for two decades. However, due to budget cuts at the network, she was laid off.

Meanwhile, Vitor Gonçalves , director of information, announced that the channel's 'diva' will be replaced by Sandra Fernandes Pereira and that the format will now be called Portugal em Rede .

Fernando Mendes , another iconic figure from RTP , took advantage of the broadcast of O Preço Certo last Tuesday, September 16th, to pay tribute to his former colleague.

"I'd like to give a big kiss to the great Dina Aguiar. It's a shame, that's it, it is what it is. Dina, thank you so much for everything you did, you've always been a great support for this program too , I like you a lot, I hope you're very happy and all the best. Dina Aguiar, a round of applause," he responded.
