The Tropping the Colour event took place this Saturday, June 14, in London. This festival and tradition is over 200 years old and celebrates the birthday of the King of England, in this case, Charles III.
Attention ended up falling on all members of the royal family, such as Kate Middelton, the future queen of the country.
William's wife wore a Catherine Walker coat-dress, a Juliette Botterill hat and pearl earrings that belonged to Queen Elizabeth II. Elegant as always, the Princess of Wales decided to use this look to pay tribute to someone very special to her husband but whom he never got to meet: Princess Diana.
If we go back to 1992, the 'people's princess' wore a skirt and blazer set on a trip to Delhi, India, with similar shades of blue and white details, as well as a striking hat.
