Natural! Miss Bumbum of RJ shows x-ray and shares her workout routine

Natural! Miss Bumbum of RJ shows x-ray and shares her workout routine

Maintaining a balanced and organized workout routine requires discipline and motivation. For Miss Bumbum Rio de Janeiro 2025, focus is essential to maintaining high standards. But despite her constant effort, the influencer reports still being questioned about possible cosmetic procedures. To leave no doubt, Kerolay Chaves had an X-ray of her hip taken, framed it, and now keeps the image displayed at home.

Tired of the constant questioning, Chaves decided to make a bold and obvious statement to the public: an X-ray of her hips, revealing the absence of silicone implants in her buttocks. The influencer says she's often been asked if she underwent any type of surgery to achieve her current body. "Especially after entering the Miss Bumbum 2025 pageant," she adds.

The beauty queen even decided to frame the exam as proof of her effort, which has nothing to do with plastic surgery—the painting was placed on one of the walls of her home. Chaves says the beauty that led her to win the contest is directly linked to the intense training she does daily , as well as her blessed genetics.

"And honestly, I love working out, but it's not so easy to stay focused for a Minas Gerais native who loves cooking and eating junk food," jokes the influencer. For her, the workout is a kind of achievement for choosing not to undergo any plastic surgery or procedures.

Heavy training

Along with daily strength training, Chaves alternates functional training with boxing sessions, which she practices twice a week. The influencer says that fighting became part of her routine as a way to challenge her body in different ways – which helps her improve her fitness and also relieve stress.

She says she trains daily, even though her genetics help her maintain her physique. "Boxing is the kind of workout that gets me pumped, gives me incredible energy, and also helps a lot with definition. Plus, I feel super powerful after every class," she explains.

For the gluteal region, Chaves reveals that he relies on classic exercises such as weighted squats, stiff leg raises, and lunges, focusing on technique and intensity.
