Gato Preto is arrested after being accused by Bia Miranda of punching and attempted hanging; doctor confirms rib fracture
Influencer Samuel Sant'Anna , known as Gato Preto , was arrested on Thursday afternoon (12) in São Paulo, after his ex-girlfriend, Bia Miranda, filed a report for assault . He spent a few hours at the 10th Police District of Penha, in the East Zone, and was released after his lawyers arrived.
In stories, Gato Preto appears alongside his lawyer, explaining: "I was 'off', because I was detained, I was not arrested" and states that the entire event will be resolved legally.

On Wednesday (11), Bia recorded a video stating that she was the victim of physical aggression: punches and attempted hanging, also mentioning threats against the couple's daughter , Maysha , who is almost three months old. The doctor confirmed the fracture of the rib caused by the kicks that were aimed at her back. After filing a police report, he intends to perform a forensic examination.
On the other side, Samuel also recorded stories to convey his version: he attributes the argument to jealousy after a "party + after", and accuses Bia of cheating and suspicious messages. Visibly emotional, he said:
I don't accept being a fool, I wasn't born to be called a sucker or a cuckold
He denies the accusations, says he only wants peace and that he "will die fighting" for the right to see his daughter, Maysha.
