Felipe Titto says becoming a father at 16 put him in the right frame of mind: 'My best accident'

Felipe Titto found out he was going to be a father when he was just 16. The actor is the father of 22-year-old Théo Titto, and says the pregnancy was unplanned, but considers it to be his "best accident."
"I still call it an own goal. It was my best accident. It was an accident, but it was the best of my life, which made things accelerate the way they did, put me on track," says the actor in an interview with Terra during an event in São Paulo.
The actor also believes that the responsibility of being a father made him work more and seek financial stability, as he understood that he would be responsible for someone other than himself.
"I came from a reality that is very different from the one I live in today. Théo, arriving in such a premature way, was the certainty that I had to make it happen; if I kept waiting, it wouldn't happen. It was the push I needed to accelerate things."

At 22, Théo has dedicated himself to strength training with an athlete's routine and will begin competing in bodybuilding competitions. Felipe Titto, who has always been involved in the fitness world, doesn't hide his admiration for his son.
"We're three brothers. Everyone trains, so he grew up watching that. He passed us, he's going to compete at the end of the year, he's training like a professional athlete. It's nutrition, lunch, he's very focused, he's huge. I'm 38, he's 22 and he's at a level I haven't reached yet."
"I'm amazed, it's that good envy. He passed me, I managed to make the evolution of the species. He's much better than me," concludes the actor.
