Helena Coelho was at the pre-opening of Wells Garrett , 'Home of Beauty', in Lisbon, and spoke to Notícias ao Minuto .

Mother of a little girl, little Íris, aged four, the influencer said that she has "always taken care of herself" and that this has not changed with motherhood. The make-up artist therefore maintains, among other habits, "skin care" and never sleeps with make-up on".

She also shares that she "drinks a lot of water, likes to train and eat well". And, she says, she ends up being a "good example" for her daughter, Íris, who makes a point of following her.

"She sees me and I think that's a good example - taking care of ourselves. Sometimes I can't do everything I want, but what's important is taking a little bit - even if it's just a minute - to take care of ourselves," she said.

Little Iris is already starting to "want to do what her mother does", to follow in her footsteps. "She doesn't leave the house with a lot of makeup on, but she likes to play with it because she says she wants to be me. Of course I'm happy."

Regarding the summer holidays, since the hot days are just around the corner, Helena Coelho stated that, "since she discovered the Mediterranean water, no one wants to go to cold water anymore" . However, she still has no plans, although one thing is certain: "She wants to enjoy the European summer with her daughter", and maybe take "a little break in Portugal". "Portugal is really cool too."

Speaking about her daughter, the mother highlighted that her little girl "is very determined". "She wants to be the one to decide absolutely everything - even what clothes she wears. She said she wanted a daughter with a lot of personality. And there she is."

When asked about the possibility of returning to television, Helena Coelho confessed that "she is very happy with digital".

"Digital is my full-time job, it's where I have control of my narrative - I can also manage my schedule and it's great for those who want to have one or more children. I'm already well established and it's very comfortable for me - despite the discomfort of always doing new things. I'm very happy this way. If one day it comes up, that's fine, but I'm not looking for that to happen" , she explained. And is expanding her family with her partner Paulo Teixeira a desire? "Yes, it is a desire."
