Jared Leto charged with sex crimes

Actor and musician Jared Leto, who starred in films such as 'Suicide Squad' and 'House of Gucci' and was a member of the band Thirty Seconds to Mars, is being accused by nine women of inappropriate sexual behavior, including interactions with minors.
The allegations were revealed in a lengthy article published Saturday by US magazine Air Mail, based on direct testimony from the alleged victims. According to the publication, these episodes are said to have occurred over several years and some of the women say they were as young as 16 when they met the actor.
One of them said that the artist asked her for her phone number after they met at a cafe in Los Angeles. Days later, she claims, she started receiving calls in the early hours of the morning, with conversations of a sexual nature.
Model Laura La Rue said she met Leto in 2008, when she was 16, and was invited to the actor's house, where he appeared naked in front of her.
Another woman claims that, at age 18, the musician masturbated in her presence and forced her to touch him.
DJ and music producer Allie Teilz shared on social media that she was assaulted by Leto at the age of 17, describing the actor's behavior as "predatory and terrifying."
Jared Leto's spokesperson has denied any inappropriate conduct. The artist has yet to comment.
