Warsaw made its debut in the world league. This is what the first Warsaw Fashion Week looked like.

Poland's capital has officially joined the fashion week calendar alongside Paris, Milan, New York, and London. The Polish fashion days took place from September 4-6, but it was the final day that caught the attention of style enthusiasts. See what the Main Gala of Warsaw Fashion Week 2025 looked like.

Although the evening was dominated by Polish fashion, the atmosphere at The Tides on the Vistula River took on a global feel. This was all thanks to local designers eager to showcase their work at its best. An electrifying energy filled the air, which was contagious to the guests.

The undisputed star of the evening, Jerzy Antkowiak, exuded an artistic aura . The maestro appeared in a colorful outfit, confirming his status as a Polish fashion legend and icon.

This year we celebrate his 90th birthday, a fact also highlighted at the beginning of the shows by the Gala's host, Krzysztof Ibisz. A gift was presented and, in a touching gesture, everyone stood up and sang "Sto lat" (Happy Birthday).

In addition to journalists, industry experts, and influencers, the first Warsaw Fashion Week was attended by showbiz stars. Among the celebrities on display were Laura Łącz, Caroline Derpienski, Jakub and Paulina Rzeźniczak, and Wernisażeria. However, the brightest star of the evening remained... fashion.

Polish designers have a voice

The fashion spectacle couldn't have begun any better. Jerzy Antkowiak's benefit was a tribute and a nod to the designer. We saw not only the Master's impressive oeuvre but also his latest collection. New faces appeared, as did models and a model who had collaborated with the artist from the beginning of his career.

Next, the young Polish fashion scene effectively took over the stage and the audience's attention. Featuring models like Yavorska, Patrycja Plesiak, Paweł Węgrzyn, poca & poca, Malesa, La Metamorphose, Jarosław Ewert, and Angelika Józefczyk x Justyna Steczkowska in their "Glam Witch" collection.

The creators have created a completely different fashion story. Thanks to this diversity, we've seen stylish statements that certainly haven't said their last word yet. And the appetite grows with eating, especially when it comes to setting trends. We're waiting for more! Our hearts have been stolen by newcomers Julia Jaszczuk and Sandra Skórka.
