Comau announced, through an official press release, the completion of the acquisition of Automha SpA, an Italian company specializing in automated systems for logistics and warehouse intralogistics . This strategic investment represents a crucial step for Comau, aimed at expanding its capabilities and consolidating its leadership in the sector, leveraging the strong synergies between the two brands to create added value for customers and shareholders globally.

The transaction, perfectly aligned with Comau's strategy of diversifying its markets into fast-growing sectors, builds on the company's solid experience in industrial robotics and digitally driven automation.
