Comedian and presenter Riky Bokor will perform his monologues at Parco Casati for the "Summer in Muggiò" festival.
From the laughter of cabaret to concerts featuring great singers, from the ever-present smooth dancing to karaoke. Ten free events under the stars throughout the month, from now until Sunday the 24th, will keep those spending August in the city or nearby towns company. This is what the "Summer in Muggiò" festival, organized by the Municipality for three weekends of entertainment and entertainment, will offer starting Friday. The event will take place in the cool, open-air spaces of Teresa Casati Park in Piazza Giacomo Matteotti.
It all kicks off this weekend: Friday evening, you can indulge in the comedy and humor of Urbano Moffa's monologues, a histrionic stand-up comedian, character actor, and highly dynamic theater actor. Saturday and Sunday, meanwhile, will be all about music: Saturday, you can unleash your inner karaoke with DJ Niko, and Sunday, smooth dancing with the duo Juke Box. The long Ferragosto holiday in Muggio kicks off on Thursday the 14th with Latin American music from DJ Re Leone, smooth dancing on Friday, and cabaret with monologist and comedian Riky Bokor, actor, comedian, and host, on Saturday. Smooth dancing returns on Sunday with the duo Juke Box. South American dance rhythms return on the 22nd, a "Tribute to Great Female Voices" on the 23rd with a live concert, and another smooth dance event on the 24th will close the event. All events begin at 9:00 PM. Admission is free, and refreshments will be available. In case of bad weather, the program may be subject to changes, which will be announced on the Municipality's website.
