Guitar and Sicilian dialect to Tunisian Sarra Douik

The voice and guitar of a young Sicilian singer-songwriter with her captivating and poignant sounds and a suggestive and hypnotic mix of jazz , Mediterranean sound and Maghreb atmospheres . These are the two concerts that the Suoni Mobili festival will bring today and tomorrow to Brianza.
Between this afternoon and this evening in Vimercate , in the Oratorio dell'Immacolata of Villa Sottocasa, the musician from Messina Luisa Briguglio will perform, with a double set of just voice and guitar at 5.30pm and 6pm.
The Sicilian artist uses dialect as a language of emotions and draws inspiration from popular musical tradition, using these elements as a starting point for original and personal compositions, made of evocative melodies and suggestive arrangements, which give life to engaging performances.
Free admission with a voluntary donation to support the festival.
Tomorrow at 7 pm, the Parco Agricolo Nord Est in Carnate will be the setting for the event entitled “Sacral”: the homonymous architecture designed by Edoardo Tresoldi, an artist who investigates the dialogue between man and landscape, will be presented by a concert by the Dimidiam project, alias Massimiliano Milesi on sax and Giacomo Papetti on bass, joined by the voice and oud of the talented Tunisian Sarra Douik (pictured).
In case of bad weather the show will move to the church of Saints Cornelio and Cipriano, in Piazza Pio XII in Carnate.
