Calici & Sapori, a perfect mix in Santa Maria della Versa

An unmissable event tomorrow for lovers of wine, local cuisine, and summer atmospheres: the streets of Santa Maria della Versa host the fifth edition of Calici & Sapori 2025 , a mix of emotion and conviviality. Starting at 8:00 PM, twelve restaurants selected for their quality and creativity will offer dishes that blend tradition and innovation. Each recipe showcases the region, with a modern twist.

Alongside the venues, 24 Oltrepò Pavese wineries will offer tastings of 48 of the area's most representative wines: Pinot Noir vinified as a red wine, Metodo Classico, as well as fine reds like Barbera and Bonarda, and aromatic whites like Riesling and Moscato. Each wine will be paired with food pairings designed to enhance its flavor, all amidst light installations, special effects, and plays of light that will transform the village into a spectacular and engaging space.

Every corner of the town will be an active part of the event, allowing the public to wander through flavors and wonders on an open-air trail. All tasting points will be located along the main streets of the town center.
