“I Sepolti Vivi” by Giacomo La Russa: culture and relaxation in the places of Chaos
Agrigento – Holiday Home Terra di Mare , a sober and welcoming structure immersed in the places of Chaos , so dear to Luigi Pirandello , is a candidate to be a point of reference for culture and the meeting of passionate minds. With a simplicity that invites tranquility, the garden surrounded by lemon , mandarin and orange trees hosted the third cultural event , offering a cozy, authentic and familiar atmosphere.
The event saw the presentation of the book “I Sepolti Vivi” by Giacomo La Russa , an intense work that explores stories of resistance and memory . The author was in conversation with Graziella Pecoraro and Elio Di Bella , with interventions that enriched the evening with food for thought and insights into the value of historical storytelling .
In an informal and genuine environment, on Friday 13 June, at the facility in via Giovanni Gentile , the interventions of journalist Marilena Patti and Angelo Pusante alternated, accompanied by readings curated by Sara Chianetta , president of the Antonio Russello Study Center of Favara . The whole thing was embellished by the musical performances of Peppe Calabrese , creating a perfect harmony between culture , art and sharing .
The initiative was coordinated by Domenico Vecchio , director of AgrigentoOggi , with the support of VGS Libri , Antonio Russello and Cartolibreria 1000 Idee , confirming Holiday Home Terra di Mare as a place where simplicity meets cultural enrichment. An evening that, without frills, was able to unite memory and beauty , leaving those present with the pleasure of discovering that even an essential corner can be full of meaning and precious encounters.
