It's a drug whose name is becoming increasingly familiar: Ozempic is presented as a miracle cure for weight loss. When in March 2024, the great pope of American television, Oprah Winfrey, praised the virtues of this drug on air, the action of Weight Watchers plummeted ... A "fashion" also boosted by influencers on social networks, who promote its slimming effects, even for people who do not need it. To the point that in certain circles, such as the fashion world , we now speak of "Ozempic aesthetics", whereas originally, the drug was used to control diabetes.
