One year after its opening, the La Garde medical center draws up a positive assessment

A year ago, the Gardeen medical center opened its doors, within the Aquarelia senior residence. This project would not have seen the light of day in the commune of La Garde without Sagem (developer and public planner) and Uniti (operator specializing in residential real estate accessible to all).
Faced with the shortage of doctors, both locally and nationally, the creation of this multidisciplinary medical center provided an appropriate response to this problem.
More than 19,000 consultationsLocated close to the city center and public transport, the center brings together five general practitioners, a pediatric nurse, a psychotherapist, a hearing aid specialist and other specialists, including ultrasounds and Dopplers.
This comprehensive healthcare offering is complemented by a pharmacy. A boon for patients, since the practice provides them with access to care, without an appointment, 7 days a week from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Since its creation, the general practice has carried out 19,035 consultations (from August 2024 to the end of July 2025), an average of 1,585 consultations per month.
A very positive assessment, welcomed by Hélène Arnaud Bill, mayor of La Garde , Jean-Louis Masson, and the general director of SAGEM, Charles Ignatoff.
"This place, which has become essential in the town, with its very wide opening times, facilitates access to care for the most vulnerable populations as well as for the working population."
