Lingolsheim: The former management center sold to radiologists to be transformed into a medical center

This is the culmination of an approach that began four years ago. In June 2021, the town hall of Lingolsheim approached the Alsace Public Land Establishment to acquire the site of the former territorial public service management center, which had been relocated to the Illkirch-Graffenstaden innovation park . The objective was to "secure" this land, coveted by a real estate developer, with the ambition of developing a range of services there.
