"Today, we were working on the flight plan to repatriate a factory employee who was injured in Sarajevo. Our plane, which is leaving from Findel, Luxembourg, will pick him up in Bosnia-Herzegovina and take him to a hospital in Newcastle, England. At the moment, it's non-stop: insurance companies are asking us to organize the repatriation of injured vacationers to a hospital in Europe."
