With “Ze3ma”, high-flying towards the horizon
As part of the Ôrizons festival, Zenqa production presents “Ze3ma” at the Cube Cirque, Lamoura plain, Tuesday June 17 at 8 p.m.
"Zerma" is an Arabic-language interjection placed at the beginning of a sentence to announce that what follows is surprising. "Ze3ma" is a high-flying duo in Darija, a Moroccan dialect. Street culture, nourishing dualities. Imaginary borders and others. Revolutionary songs, an electro-grooving DJ set, confetti, smoke bombs, stories of soldiers and desertion.
Emancipatory thoughts, new versions of history. The magical time of the show as a place of joyful experimentation and transformation. A solo for a surveillance camera, dance, acrobatic lifts, seesaws, Chinese poles, and a circus irruption guarantee explosions of joy and color.
