With summer in full swing, Lyon Capitale has selected six activities for you to do this weekend. From music to history, fashion, and comedy, here are the must-see events.

The Woodstower Festival returns for its 26th edition. The program includes concerts, of course, with artists such as SCH, Rilès, Vladimir Cauchemar, Bekar, Bon entendeur, Polo & Pan, and many more. But the Woodstower also offers crazy activities like ziplining, a party, and bumper cars—a perfect mix for taking you back to your childhood. And for those looking for a bit more peace and quiet, the festival offers free booths, workshops, and conferences on climate issues on Saturday and Sunday in Woodstown, the eco-village located within the event.

This Friday will see the final screening of the Cinema Under the Stars Festival . To close this edition of the festival, which is themed "Leave Everything Behind," spectators will be able to attend a screening of Hayao Miyazaki's film Porco Rosso. And for those looking for a bit of conviviality, the festival is offering a chance to meet up for a drink before the screening to share their cinematic opinions.

On Saturday, Montpellier-based band THE METALLICS will deliver a two-hour show at Rock n Eat Live . During this memorable concert, they will perform the greatest classics of the legendary band Metallica. Audiences can come to the bar from 7 p.m. to enjoy one of their burgers or pizzas.

Saturday, July 19 from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. at Rock n eat live located at 32 quai Arloing in the 9th arrondissement.

Sunday is Super Mega Vide Dressing. After two great editions, the Vide Dressing collective invites us one last time to empty our closets (or fill them). On the program, clothes, of course, but also music. Indeed, Grenoble DJ PEP1NX will be there to deliver a unique DJ set.

Sunday, July 20 from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. at 6 rue d'Algérie in the 1st arrondissement.

This Sunday evening, discover "Fleminism" in Florine Chevallier's comedy show . In this show, "Florine, a slightly neurotic, bourgeois-bohemian fortysomething," shares her remedies for overcoming patriarchy with minimal effort. The perfect opportunity to reflect on society, but above all, to have a laugh.
