Vacheron Constantin: a new showcase on rue de la Paix for its 270th anniversary

The Geneva-based manufacturer has completely reinvented and significantly expanded its Parisian address at 2 rue de la Paix.
It's impossible to miss when you take Rue de la Paix from the legendary Place Vendôme, the beating heart of global luxury. Just past the large clock on the corner, the Vacheron Constantin boutique sits across the street from that of its cousin within the Richemont group, A. Lange & Söhne. After six months of rapid renovations in the midst of celebrating the house's 270th anniversary, its Parisian boutique has been completely overhauled: it has literally tripled its size!
Step through the door, and the bright new entrance spaces showcase the watches available and the crafts used to create them. Follow the stained-glass windows and Art Deco motifs of a hallway, and at the far end, you'll find a veritable secret bar, right next to a discreet lounge, also illuminated by stained-glass windows.
Climb the monumental staircase, whose banisters echo the motif of the house bracelets, and you will find yourself in a small lounge whose windows can be blacked out for discreet meetings.
Just next door, a vast reception room with a wall marked with a gigantic Maltese Cross can accommodate events and clients, in a decor where even the wallpaper features Vacheron Constantin motifs.
To mark this reopening, the manufacturer also unveiled a unique piece, the Cabinotiers Temporis Duo Grande Complication Openface. But it's probably already too late to get your hands on it.
