Territoire de Belfort. After last year's success, Rooster Night returns this Friday to Beaucourt.

You don't change a winning team. It's with this principle in mind that the Nuit du coq organizing team set about putting together the second edition of this event, which showcases local talent.
" Last year , we had a great success, filling the maximum capacity of 450 people - a diverse audience, with young people and families - and ending up with a profit," says Greg Pacifico, president of the eponymous organizing association, which has around twenty volunteers. "So we went back to the same formula, keeping the event on a human scale."

This formula couldn't be simpler. Artists, bands, artisans, and restaurateurs, all local. This year again, four names will provide the musical part by performing inside the Georges-Brassens foyer. "MowJo, a one-man blues rock band from Épinal, will open the ball from 7 p.m. to 7:45 p.m. Dangerously Live, a guitar-violin duo from the Montbéliard region, more focused on Celtic music, will take over from 8:15 p.m. to 9:15 p.m. Then, from 9:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., Vidimozz, a drums-guitar duo from Belfort, will take the stage with their rather festive Balkan punk rock. Finally, EACH , also from the Montbéliard region, will close from 11 p.m. to midnight with their stoner/garage rock," explains the president.

Outside, on the forecourt of the Brassens foyer, as was the case last year for the first edition, local restaurants and crafts will be in the spotlight. "With two food trucks, Streets Burger from Dasle and Les Délices de Seb from the Territoire de Belfort. As well as an artisan from Montbéliard, who creates jewelry with her workshop called Kval'1, and another, from Beaucourt, who also makes jewelry, decorations, etc. in resin under the name Les Créations d'Emma," continues the organizer. Beer from the Backporte brewery in Bart will also be served at the refreshment bar.
"The goal is always to highlight local culture, to defend it. To give a showcase to all these people who have less and less of it, with the difficulties they have in performing in concerts in more established venues, where slots are quickly filled," summarizes Greg Pacifico, who hopes for the same "full house" as last year for this new edition.
