Mittelbergheim. Five years of existence for the Fair'Ma Part farm: "Many new farmers stop before"

A largely shaded plot of land, about two hectares, only one of which is cultivated, full of color and life: earthworms abound there, in the spirit of “living soil market gardening” and agroforestry dear to Ariane Aubert and Julien Wuillot, these passionate and happy market gardeners in their forties, creators of La Fair'Ma Part and who did not grow up in the agricultural environment.

"We're growing, we have more and more people, and each year we're making better numbers. Now, we should be able to pay ourselves a minimum wage each. Until now, we reinvested by paying ourselves less." However, they only take three weeks of vacation a year, around New Year's.
