Lyon: the world cuisine festival returns to La Guillotière on Sunday

On the occasion of the 3rd World Cuisine Festival, eighteen countries will be represented on May 18 in the Guillotière district.
From Peru to Guinea, via Italy and Vietnam, culinary specialties from the four corners of the globe await you in Lyon on May 18. For the 3rd World Cuisine Festival, 25 merchants representing eighteen different countries will be present on Cours Gambetta, which has been specially pedestrianized for the event. With this festival, the organizers aim to showcase the multicultural and vibrant dimension of the often-maligned Guillotière district. On the menu: sweet and savory dishes from around the world, to be enjoyed around large, convivial tables set up for the event.
While admission is free, paid options are available. There's a choice of four meal vouchers for adults for €14, and three meal vouchers for children for €10.50. Note that one meal voucher is worth a starter or dessert, while two vouchers are required for a main course. "Suspended" meal vouchers to be given to families in need will also be available for €3.50.
