On May 17 and 18, the Girondins de Bordeaux stadium hosted 70 exhibitors and nearly 4,000 enthusiasts. A gathering of enthusiasts that proves that the passion for watches has a life beyond Switzerland and Paris.

A watch isn't just for telling the time. It's also a topic of conversation. Far from the usual watchmaking destinations like Paris and Geneva, the Time Fest trade show provided a rare opportunity this weekend for thousands of visitors to share their passion. This is the second edition of this event, launched last year by a quartet of timepiece enthusiasts from Gironde: Édouard Daviaud and Jérémy Mauduit, creators of the podcast "Des montres et vous," Mavrick Potez, co-entrepreneur of Mona Watches, and Aurélien Aram, co-founder of the YouTube channel Parlons Montres, from the Balmont brand. Proof that the show has found its audience, after having received 1,500 visitors last year at the Bernard Magrez Cultural Institute, it was held on May 17 and 18 at the Girondins de Bordeaux stadium, the Matmut Atlantique, in the presence of 70 exhibitors and nearly 4,000 fans from all over France.
