Feminine pastel Rivieras at sensible prices for summer

Baume & Mercier continues to offer its sporty chic icon with new 33 mm quartz models with colored dials.
Be honest: do you check the time a lot while on vacation? Sometimes, even often, a watch is also the direct complement to a look. The proof is in the new colored dial versions of the famous Riviera by Baume & Mercier. A name and a model that have been timeless since its creation in 1973 and on which the Swiss brand can count to conquer new wrists. And a brand that deserves more attention, given its rich history and past catalog! Summer obliges, the house took the opportunity to launch five new models, still equipped with the dodecagonal bezel that contributed to its success. Starting with three feminine pieces in steel, 33 mm in diameter with pastel colored dials (warm silver, light blue and pink) water-resistant to 50 meters, offered at €1950. Featuring a date at 3 o'clock, Roman numerals, riveted indexes, and faceted hands, these pieces are mounted on an integrated three-row polished-satin stainless steel bracelet and equipped with a quartz movement ensuring a ten-year battery life. Decorated with four screws, their bezel is in polished and satin-sunburst stainless steel. The dodecagonal caseback is solid and can be engraved.
Added to this is a 42 mm diameter steel model with a white dial and black flange (€2,990), still with a date at 3 o'clock, as well as a 39 mm version with a gold dial equipped with the brand's Baumatic automatic movement, offering a five-day power reserve. A "Special Edition" engraving adorns the dodecagonal caseback covered with a sapphire crystal of this watch, secured by four screws. Expect to pay €4,300 to treat yourself to this special edition.
