Alonzo concert at the Vélodrome: the rapper and his sidekick Soprano arrive on stage on horseback
For the first time in his long and successful career, Alonzo performed this Saturday evening at Olympique de Marseille.
By EGHe wanted to make a statement. Alonzo , an iconic rapper on Marseille's urban scene, made his entrance on a horse during his concert at the Vélodrome stadium on Saturday evening. This unprecedented appearance has already been viewed tens of thousands of times on social media... and has disturbed some internet users.
"Animal abuse", "poor beast", for example, lament several X users. Later in the evening, it was Soprano , who made his musical debut alongside Alonzo in the Marseille group Psy 4 de la Rime, who also arrived on stage sitting on a horse.
For the first time in his long and successful career, Alonzo performed this Saturday evening at the Olympique de Marseille stadium, nestled in the heart of the Phocaean city. 59,000 people were in the stands and the pit to experience this consecration for the artist.
Alonzo isn't the only Marseille rapper to have achieved this feat. SCH, Soprano , and the inevitable Jul have already managed to fill the Stade Vélodrome on several occasions.
