A touch of orange for James Bond's favorite watch

A touch of orange for James Bond's favorite watch

This time, the Swiss brand is releasing its Omega Seamaster Diver 300M with orange varnished hands and indexes.

For once, it's not on the wrist of Daniel Craig, the former agent 007, that we discover the new version of Omega's Seamaster Diver 300M watch family. The steel one with a black aluminum dial and bezel that he wore during the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, a direct descendant of the model worn in No Time To Die, had caused a lot of ink to flow. At the end of 2025, 42 mm models in grade 2 titanium and Bronze Gold were added to the family, still with the neo-vintage signature of the Milanese mesh bracelet and domed sapphire crystal.

This summer, it's time for a new variation on the same theme: this time, the 42 mm steel Seamaster Diver 300M (€6,800 ) is available on both a Milanese strap and an orange rubber strap, with a central seconds hand and orange varnished indexes at the four cardinal points on the dial. A color that adds a summery touch to the model but also improves its readability. It must be said that orange, which is also the color of the SNSM or life jackets, is the color that contrasts most with the blue of the waves, and therefore the easiest to spot when it comes to saving a person at sea.

On the dial of this summer novelty, water-resistant to 300 meters, the name "Seamaster" is also dressed in orange, under the white transferred OMEGA logo. It still features a Co-Axial Master Chronometer 8806 movement, equipped with a 55-hour power reserve. Visible through the sapphire crystal case back, it is certified Master Chronometer by the Swiss Federal Institute of Metrology (METAS).
