The artificial intelligence-based tool analyzed data from various delivery-ordering apps, along with trends and comments appearing on social media, to indicate that the empanada is the most popular choice in Colombia. "Although some people don't see it as 'junk food' in the classic sense of the word, like French fries or hamburgers, the fried empanada (especially the meat or chicken empanada with potatoes) is one of the most consumed and beloved. You can find them on every corner, with chili, lemon, or even soda," the AI stated.
