Apator with an interesting contract in Latvia
The contract duration is a maximum of 5 years, with the possibility of shortening the delivery period if the amount is exhausted.
The contract was concluded with SIA "Rigas namu parvaldnieks", one of the largest Latvian real estate management companies in the Baltic countries.
Under the terms of the contract, SIA is not obligated to place an order for the entire contract, but may purchase additional water meters not covered by the contract, the value of which will not exceed 20 percent of the contract value.
The contract will be implemented in accordance with Latvian law and contains provisions regarding contractual penalties for late deliveries, and the warranty period is 6 years.
Consolidated sales revenues of the Apator Group in the first quarter of 2025 amounted to PLN 283.7 million, which is 4% less than in the same period in 2024.
Net profit amounted to PLN 12.2 million, compared to PLN 12.0 million in the first quarter of 2024.
