Airtificial strengthens its expansion in Asia with a new 1.8 million contract and the relocation of its headquarters in China.

Airtificial is making strong progress in its internationalization strategy in Asia. The technology company has signed a new contract in China worth €1.8 million to design and supply a fully automated assembly line for the production of a key component in Electronic Power Steering (EPS) systems. This agreement is part of the Intelligent Robots division and consolidates the company's position as a leading strategic partner in automation for the automotive industry on a global scale.
The new project, aimed at a Tier 1 company in the world's Top 20 in the sector , involves the design, manufacturing, assembly, commissioning, and turnkey delivery of a line for the production of the engine and power module (EPS MPP). Among its most notable features is its operational flexibility, as the system allows for the production of different models with rapid and efficient changeovers. The line, which can be managed by a single operator, has a production cycle of 28 seconds and will be delivered within 22 weeks.
Eight contracts in AsiaWith this order, Airtificial now has eight contracts in Asia in recent months, between China and India, with end customers such as Renault, Nissan, and Tata. This volume of contracts has led to an operational restructuring in the region: the company has moved its headquarters and operations center in China to Suzhou Industrial Park , one of the country's main technological innovation zones.
The new facilities triple the previous capacity, with 4,500 square meters that will allow us to address the increase in projects, improve production capacity, and optimize delivery times in the Asian market. "With our new facilities in Suzhou, we gain speed and technical strength to continue providing process automation services to our current and future customers in Asia," said Guillermo Fernández de Peñaranda, CEO of Airtificial.
The company emphasizes that this set of projects is a direct demonstration of the Asian market's confidence in its technology. Furthermore, it strengthens its position as a key player in the transformation of mobility toward smarter, more efficient, and automated models. Airtificial's solutions are designed to contribute to a more competitive industry through flexible, automated, and sustainable processes.
This international push reinforces Airtificial's strategic commitment to integrating advanced technologies, such as robotics and artificial intelligence, into key sectors such as automotive , aeronautics, defense, and infrastructure. Present in 18 countries across Europe, the Americas, and Asia, the company is listed on the Continuous Market and continues to expand its presence in high-growth markets with solutions tailored to local needs.
At a time when the global automotive industry is accelerating its transition toward more automated and electric models , companies like Airtificial are playing a central role in the sector's technological development. The opening in Suzhou and the new contract are further steps in consolidating its leadership as an international supplier of intelligent assembly systems and advanced automation solutions.
