Yolanda Ramos's raunchy film has made it onto the Prime Video charts.

A story based on true events, a hotel closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and teenage chaos as the catalyst for an irreverent comedy: this is how Yolanda Ramos burst onto Prime Video with a film that has already reached second place among the most-watched in Spain since its premiere on May 30.

Paco Caballero 's comedy, inspired by a controversial study trip to Mallorca in 2021, has raised eyebrows on the island, but has also sparked public curiosity. Written by Eric Navarro and Natalia Durán, the play revives the mandatory confinement experienced by more than 200 students in a Palma hotel following a "macro outbreak" of the coronavirus . However, it does so in a lighthearted tone, somewhere between dry humor and uncontrolled partying.

Ramos, who plays one of the teachers trapped with the group, brings a generational and comedic counterpoint to the film that has been key to connecting with a national audience. Her character, along with the rest of the faculty, tries to maintain authority amid a wave of hormones, music, emptied minibars, and teenage rebellion.
