Only natural persons of legal age are eligible to participate and win. Employees of Madsack Travel GmbH & Co.KG and their families are excluded from participating in the promotion. The competition runs from June 13, 2025, 12:00:00 AM to June 23, 2025, and ends on the last day at 11:59 PM. The winner will be chosen randomly from all eligible entries. Reisereporter will select the winner of the competition. The winner will be drawn by June 27, 2025, at the latest, and will then be notified individually via email or direct message. The competition will take place exclusively in Germany.

The winner will be notified via email or direct message on Instagram. The winner has seven days from the announcement of the prize to respond to the announcement. Reisereporter reserves the right to name a new winner or forfeit the prize after this deadline.

The travel destinations and dates are determined by the cooperation partners and cannot be changed by the winners. Reisereporter reserves the right to disqualify participants who tamper with the participation process or attempt to do so. False information or unjustified changes will result in immediate exclusion from the competition in accordance with these terms and conditions. Reisereporter reserves the right to cancel the competition in whole or in part. Participants' personal data will then be deleted.

Reisereporter is not liable for the insolvency of a cooperation partner or any resulting consequences for the implementation and execution of the competition. Reisereporter assumes no liability for the technical requirements for timely participation in the competition (e.g., continuous access to the website on which participation is possible).

The prize will be processed directly with the cooperation partner. The respective cooperation partner of the prize bears organizational responsibility, books the trips, and is the contact person for handling all travel-related questions and the delivery of the prize.
