Cologne translation start-up: DeepL introduces autonomous AI agent

DeepL wants to assert itself against the big competition with its own AI agent
The startup DeepL is known for its translation software. Now the Cologne-based company is venturing into a broader field and launching an autonomous AI agent.
The Cologne-based startup DeepL has unveiled an autonomous AI agent that can be used to optimize and automate numerous workflows in companies. The "DeepL Agent" is designed to operate entirely within each user's digital environment and respond to natural language commands to execute complex workflows safely and independently. The tool can understand, reason through, and execute a wide range of tasks, according to the company.
Agent can type and browse. The AI agent is capable of generating input from standard tools such as a keyboard and mouse and operating a browser. It can act on behalf of the user via existing interfaces. "It can perform virtually any task a human can perform using computer systems. It moves seamlessly between the user's tools and workflows and continuously improves its own performance over time," said the company's CEO and founder, Jaroslaw Kutylowski. How Deepl is to become the language teacher of brand communication
