Member of Parliament in Portrait: Christina Stumpp (CDU)

CDU MP Christina Stumpp entered the Bundestag for the first time in 2021. She won the direct mandate for the Waiblingen constituency with 29.0 percent of the first votes. She has also been deputy general secretary of her party since September 2022. Stumpp, born in 1987, is an administrative manager and has a Bachelor of Laws degree in tax law. Before entering the Bundestag, she was personal assistant to Peter Hauk, Minister for Food, Rural Areas and Consumer Protection in Baden-Württemberg. Most recently, she was a member of the Committee on Food and Agriculture.
